It's a harsh galaxy out there. This is the headquaters of the United Planets Federation Alliance. We offer what help we can in our members quest to boldy colonize where others have not. We are an active alliance that will offer you help whenever we can and only ask that you be active and help out when you can if the need should arise. We have no member requirements other than you speak English. We do not discourage you from attacking others. Inactives make the best targets.. but we won't look down on you if you feel the need to test out your power as well. If you join your voice will be heard. All our NAP requests are put to a vote and the majority rules. Likewise; have an alliance that is targeting you too much... join us and we will try to negotiate a peace for you (should the vote pass). There are lots of alliances out there. Not all of them are friendly. Some threaten you into submission. Some only want you to attack inactives. Unite with us! We are FLEXIBLE, FRIENDLY, and FAIR!
